All products may be returned and refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase, as long as they are 100% unused and undamaged. The purpose of this cooling off period is to allow the consumer the opportunity they would have had in a conventional shop to examine the goods before deciding to buy.
- The regulations require you to send a notice of cancellation in writing – preferably by e-mail.
- The refunded amount will exclude the original shipping cost.
- Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packaging materials. The product must be enclosed within a new shipping carton / protected envelope to ensure undamaged return
NON-RETURNABLE
Bubuki e-shop reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
REFUND
In order to refund the value of returned items
- it is a prerequisite to have the items delivered back to us.
- The refund amount is the total order amount minus shipping back and forth.
- When a shipment is returned due to unforeseen reasons (local regulations, force majeure etc.), the return shipping costs are defined by the shipping agent (DHL or National Post) of initial shipment.
